Charge of the Light Brigade
Agonal caused the Charge of the Light Brigade so he could feed on and enjoy the agony and death. Disguised as an aide, he handed the dispatch, ordering the attack, to a "baffled officer". Looking into the sphere, Ace saw a vision of this aide, and of the officer leading the cavalry into a battery of cannon. She "heard the screams of dying men as the surviving horses trotted by with blood-spattered empty saddles" and she saw the aide smiling at this. (PROSE: Blood Harvest )
The Doctor witnessed the charge during at least two of his incarnations, and referred to it as a "magnificent folly". (TV: The Evil of the Daleks; AUDIO: The Angel of Scutari, PROSE: The King of Terror) Hecuba summoned this moment in history to counter the Doctor's archers from the Battle of Agincourt when she forced him to play one of her games.
