Tendril
A tendril was a part of an animal or plant. It resembled a small tentacle.

- The Multi-form known as Prisoner Zero, who served as the monster in TV: The Eleventh Hour, was referred to as the "Face Tendril" by Matt Smith and Karen Gillan before the episode's broadcast, and is also referred to as such in the Doctor Who: Monster Invasion trading card game.
