Brancheerians were a species of shapeshifters. One of the Eleventh Doctor's companions, Decky Flamboon, was a Brancheerian. Brancheerians came from the planet Sirus. (COMIC: Decky the Halls, An Ill Wind, The Tail of Decky Flamboon)
During the Last Great Time War, the Daleks laid waste to a Brancheerian colony on Donahee's Moon, taking prisoners. A Brancheerian from the colony worked for the Daleks to protect their people, and was later captured by Veklin and Susan on Florana. (AUDIO: The Uncertain Shore)
