The Ninth Doctor was the ninth incarnation of the Doctor. In 1995, they attempted to enter the TARDIS with their other eleven selves only to find the ship was not as roomy as it used to be. The Doctor eventually regenerated into a tenth body. (NOTVALID: The Next 20 Years)
Behind the scenes
One of the new incarnations featured in The Next 20 Years seems to have antennae making them the first and only incarnation of the Doctor to date to possess outwardly non-human features. As the "twelve Doctors" only appear in a single panel, it is impossible to designate each with an accurate incarnation number and, as such, it is unknown which Doctor possessed the aforementioned features.
