In 1896 a Draconian was present on Earth, supervising the construction of a Draconian Galaxy-class battlecruiser by the Thames Ironworks and Shipbuilding Company. She encountered the Thirteenth Doctor, Graham O'Brien, Yasmin Khan, and Ryan Sinclair while undertaking this task in West Ham. (PROSE: The Simple Things)
