Rename?
It might be a good idea to move this to something along the lines of "Cardinal (religious title)" and make Cardinal a redirect to Lord Cardinal. I'm working on clearing up incorrect links right now, but of the roughly 100 pages that link to this one, the vast majority appear to be referring to the Time Lord title. Based on that, it seems like many editors expect that "Cardinal" would link to that page and this one is better suited to have a dab term to ensure we link correctly and readers reach the proper destination.
