Angelo Muscat (24 September 1930-10 October 1977[1]) played one of the Chumblies in the Doctor Who television story Galaxy 4.

Muscat was born in Malta and, following his Doctor Who appearance, would go on to appear in fourteen of the seventeen episodes of the sixties cult TV series The Prisoner (1967-68), in which he played the famously mute Butler.

Distinctly diminutive at only 4' 3" (1.3 m), Muscat had an uncredited role as an Oompa-Loompa in the 1971 film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, based on Roald Dahl's 1964 children's novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and starring Gene Wilder in the title role. He also appeared in the Beatles' television film Magical Mystery Tour, and had an uncredited role in a 1966 BBC television dramatisation of Alice in Wonderland.

Muscat's hobby was making ornate birdcages by hand. A small group of enthusiasts dubbed the "Friends of Angelo Muscat" (FOAM) celebrate his life every year on 10 October.
