Bunnoids were the robot servants of the Lapinos. They were named "Bunnoids" by Vicki Pallister, as they resembled bunny rabbits with laser beams in their ears. The First Doctor encountered Bunnoids on an alien planet where he was forced to provide a play for their master to free his companions Vicki and Steven Taylor. (PROSE: Planet of the Bunnoids)
