Dhaka was a city on Earth, located near the Ganges. In the 2010s there was a devastating flood there which killed tens of thousands. Hazel Bright was there during the flooding. (AUDIO: Hothouse)
Behind the scenes
In the real world, Dhaka is not located on the Ganges, at least not anymore. The river has since changed its course, and another river, known as Buriganga River, runs through it.
