Damian was a former partner of Tyler Steele. The two were in an open relationship, with rules about who they could and who they could not have sex with. Tyler was too much in love with Damian and sabotaged their relationship by breaking their rules. When he met Orr, a sexual psychomorph, they revealed that Tyler still had strong feelings for Damian.
