Battery Park was an area of New New York, from where Thomas Kincade Brannigan and his wife, Valerie, set out, five miles back from Pharmacytown. They left Battery Park in 5,000,000,041 for the Motorway, thinking they could take a chance with the "jobs going" in the laundries on Fire Island. By 5,000,000,053, they had just passed Pharmacytown.
