Abrams was the chief ornithologist of the British trust of Ornithology. He performed an examination of a Starling which was part of a flock which attacked a group of tourists in Parliament Square. He later asked for Counter-Measures' help. He told Allison Williams that there might be a bird flu epidemic. He told her that there was reports that the pigeons were deliberately attacking the tube users at Westminster station. (AUDIO: The Phoenix Strain)
