Vasor

Vasor was a trapper who lived in the frozen wilderness on Marinus. He tried to take advantage of Ian Chesterton and Barbara Wright, who had come there looking for one of the keys to the Conscience of Marinus. He tried to strand them in the mountains, but they escaped, and he was later killed by an Ice Soldier. (DW: The Keys of Marinus)
