Aryan Research Bureau
The Aryan Research Bureau, also called the Aryan Research Institute, was established by the Black Coven to create an army of unstoppable and obedient Aryan soldiers, as part of a plan to help Nazi Germany win World War II.

The War Lords and Dr. Felix Kriegsleiter subjected prospective members of the Schutzstaffel to an even more extreme form of their training which left them totally brainwashed. The soldiers were even trained in a literal realisation of the old Prussian military phrase "corpse discipline", discipline that could make a corpse jump to attention, allowing them to keep fighting after death.
The Bureau were granted the necessary men and resources by Reichsfuhrer-SS Heinrich Himmler, who believed the Coven was performing mystic rituals of significance to the Third Reich and allowed them the use of his castle of Drachensberg as a base.
In practice, the Bureau's army proved ineffective. When the Seventh Doctor, Ace and Hermann Goering conducted a raid on Drachensberg, the SS soldiers rushed into action. Their lack of any sense of self-preservation allowed Goering's armoured column to easily cut them down. After rising from the dead, the Doctor wiped them out by overloading the Coven's hidden nuclear reactor. (PROSE: Timewyrm: Exodus)
