The Bedlam Outlands was a location where a race (described only as "the most horrible creatures you could possibly imagine") were based and tortured their captives. John Hart found Gray chained to a ruined city there, with the creatures having long abandoned the Outlands and all of their other former captives there dead. (TV: Exit Wounds)
