Scott Joplin

Scott Joplin was an American composer. The BBC World Service played his music instead of covering the Mau Mau uprising. (AUDIO: A Thousand Tiny Wings)

Among music written by Joplin is "The Entertainer", a ragtime two-step which features in TV: Image of the Fendahl and TV: The Lie of the Land.
