Sebastian worked at Torchwood One in the 2000s. He did a sweep of Dave Cooke's house to find his keys, but found nothing. Ianto Jones called over to him and Guleraana Arbid to talk to Dave, but neither of them heard him. (AUDIO: Locker 15) At one point he handed Yvonne Hartman a particle gun, which she showed to the Tenth Doctor. (TV: Army of Ghosts)
