Euxine

Euxine was a Ra'ra'vis scientist who once captured Rassilon in her species' attempt to successfully develop time travel. She had a long, pointed beak, with a gradient of yellow, green, and blue feathers covering her head, while her body feathers were a snowy white. (PROSE: Jorus and the Voganauts)
