Evelyn Street was the location of Bernie Harris' Cardiff flat. When Bernie unknowingly stole a quantum transducer, he saw into one of possible futures: himself, still just under 20 years old, lying dead on the street. The ultimate outcome was instead Ed Morgan coming to kill Bernie with a knife, Torchwood Three intervening, and in the end Gwen Cooper accidentally stabbing him when he went in for a hug after she saved his life.
