Festulasions were a species with scales and claws. They considered human toes to be a delicacy.
Two Festulasions, Hoyt and Agar, captured the Sixth Doctor, Linda Grainger and several humans in order to fulfil their quota of toes. They learned, to their embarrassment, that human toes, unlike Festulasion toes, didn't grow back when they were removed. (PROSE: She Won't Be Home)
