Heaven Sent Previsualizations was the was the fourth non-narrative, behind-the-scenes focused release of the Doctor Who: Lockdown! YouTube channel.

The documentary consists of two previsualisations of scenes from Heaven Sent. The first previsualisation was a shot of a falling skull shot and the second previsualisation was a shot Twelfth Doctor falling into a body of water in his confession dial.
