Teleportaphobia

Teleportaphobia (also known as Molecular Vertigo) was a negative emotional reaction to forms of near-instant transport, such as teleportation, transmat and T-Mat.

Since many forms of matter transmission involved the destruction of the original body before its re-constitution, teleportaphobic persons regarded matter transmission as a form of death. (PROSE: Down)
