Mr Jottipher was the cultural liaison for Zamper.

The Secunda convinced him to help steal the Chelonian's shuttle to escape the planet. She then had him enter first so the self-defence system's would kill him and be drained of power, allowing the Secunda to take the shuttle. (PROSE: Zamper)
