Florence Driscoll had a lantern that belonged to Torchwood. It was especially bright when compared to those common in the 19th century and she deliberately used it to blind Owain Pryce on a cliff-path on Flat Holm Island, causing him to fall to his death. (AUDIO: Save Our Souls)
