Whiteys are humanoid people possibly native to New Earth.
Biology
Whiteys are similar to Humans, but their skin is very pale. They are also bald. They are probably related to Red People.
History
In 5,000,000,023 a Whitey was admitted to New New York Hospital. He was cured and befriended the Doctor. (DW: New Earth)
Another was driving on the Motorway in 5,000,000,053 and was suprised when the Doctor leaped through his car and out again. He was later suprised when the Motorway opened. (DW: Gridlock)
A Whitey and a Red Person attended the Zagizalgul bar. (DW: The End of Time)
