Condo was the servant of Mehendri Solon, who had rescued Condo from a Dravidian starship that had crashed on Karn. Solon took Condo's arm to use as part of Morbius' new body, he did not know this and so served Solon to earn his arm back, as Solon had promised him. Condo began to rebel against Solon when his master offered him as a potential sacrifice to the Sisterhood in exchange for the Doctor, an offer that was rejected. Soon after, he discovered that Solon had used his arm for the patchwork body intended for Morbius, and was enraged. In the scuffle that followed, the brain of Morbius was knocked to the floor and Condo was shot several times by Solon in retaliation. Severely wounded, he later saved the life of Sarah Jane Smith from the Morbius creature at the cost of his own life, who killed him in the struggle that followed. (DW: The Brain of Morbius)
