The Planetary Assault Force of Earth fought in the Orius Beta system during the Orion War. Helliton, an Orion android sympathiser, tampered with intelligence reports so the Androids were able to ambush and totally destroy the Planetary Assault Force, resulting in over 50,000 deaths. In response, Admiral Karen Brett destroyed the android forces by orbital nuclear bombardment. Despite the loss of life, Earth considered this battle a tactical victory, as the Android Eighth Fleet was also destroyed around Orius Beta V. (AUDIO: Scorpius)
