George Colbert lived near Water's Edge and befriended Mike and Penny Tungate. In 2020, he killed them and their adopted children, Albie and Samantha, to get their house. However, the Seventh Doctor, Ace and Thomas Hector Schofield uncovered this and informed the police. (AUDIO: Displaced)
