Circe

Circe was among the notable women of Earth's history. The Twelfth Doctor used her identity to inflitrate MADAM, an organisation founded by Missy to engineer her escape from the Vault. The Doctor described her as an "enchantress" and a "daughter of the gods". After he antagonised Missy into saying something sexist towards Circe, the entire membership of MADAM left the group.
