Midge was an extraterrestrial who managed a lost property office near the Baker Street tube station in London. His brother, Jim, owned a business elsewhere. (AUDIO: Lost Property)
The Eighth Doctor took one part of the Doomsday Chronometer to Midge. (AUDIO: Absent Friends) Midge was also given the Pandora Bolt by the Twelfth Doctor and was acquainted with the Curator. In 2020, he had Ron Winters working for him part-time and met the Eighth Doctor, to whom he explained the nature of the Pandora Bolt. (AUDIO: Lost Property)
