Tim Hall was a junior hospital administrator.
He had a bad temper, which led him to murder one of his girlfriends. To stop from being arrested, he made her death look like an accidental suicide.
When Ms De Meanour and Ms Feasance were looking for Trey Korte, they convinced him they were interested in having sex with him to find out more about Korte. Knowing what his true nature was, they killed him after getting the information by breaking every single bone in his body, individually. (PROSE: Instruments of Darkness)
