The Birinjians were a species from the Dark Times and the first species to have a lifespan allocated to them by the Kotturuh. Unimpressed with the direction the Birinjians were heading, the Kotturuh harshly granted them a lifespan of three months. (PROSE: The Dawn of the Kotturuh)
