The Stolen Earth was the title of a Public InfoFile compiled by the Anti-Dalek Force. It documented Davros and the New Dalek Empire's attempt to detonate a reality bomb, (PROSE: The New Dalek Paradigm) a scheme which had indeed involved the theft of several planets including the Earth.
