Planetary Traffic Control was an authority in the Vega System. The officer of the watch was Ed Byers, who gave an interview with Gordon Pellan on Vega VI News in which he confirmed that the Rapid Response Fleet had engaged enemy forces just outside of the system. (AUDIO: Invasion of the Daleks)
