Time Lord intelligentsia

The Time Lord Intelligentsia is the Time Lord's ability to tune their Reflex Link (a portion of the brain) with other Time Lords, creating a network of "a thousand super-brains in one". The Fourth Doctor's clone told Leela's clone that he had lost the ability to tune his Reflex Link with other Time Lords when "they kicked me--" (he does not finish the sentence.)
