Fluxmouth was a port town in the South Share of Elbyon on the northwest coast of the Circle Sea. It was connected via the River Flux to the South Share capital of Fluxford. Smaller than Fluxford, Fluxmouth rose up on the cliffs that surrounded Fluxmouth harbour. The town was littered with blocky houses and twisting streets, with a single tower looming over the rest of its buildings.

In 2991, the First Doctor and Ian Chesterton passed through the town briefly enroute to the Shadow Isles, with their ally Sir Bron of Westhold acquiring the services of the Merrow in Fluxford. (PROSE: The Sorcerer's Apprentice)
