Fluxmouth harbour on Avalon was the location where the River Flux met the Circle Sea. It was bordered by steep cliffs. In 2991, the First Doctor and Ian Chesterton left Fluxford and sailed into the harbour enroute to the Shadow Isles. (PROSE: The Sorcerer's Apprentice)
