Khakhuiljan was a Didonian figure. On ceremonial occasions of utmost solemnity, the most senior Didoi would don a costume of Khakhuiljan. (PROSE: The Rescue)
Bennett found such a costume in the Hall of Judgement and put it on, calling himself "Koquillion" and used it to give Vicki Pallister the impression that the Didoi were a terrible people and giving credence to his story of how the survivors of the UK-201 had died. (TV: The Rescue)
