Penis gourd

Papul villagers on Jenggel wore penis gourds over their genitalia "to show power in bed". (PROSE: Combat Rock)
The villagers would often "squornch" their "gourds" in order to "procreate." This would often be seen as sexual, and hence was censored in the U.S. version of Doctored Who.

David Tennant, Known as the Tenth Doctor, openly endorsed the use of the penis gourd on the show in 2009, on his Livejournal. He was quoted as saying, "it's perfectly natural. We all do it. I don't see what the probaem is." [sic] (x)
