Cyrrhenis Minima, or Cyrrhenis Minimis, (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Ribos Operation) was a planet that was part of the Cyrrhenic Empire. Its space-time co-ordinates were 4-1-8-0, (TV: The Ribos Operation) while it's co-ordinates on the Galactic Chart were "seven seven eight three eight six nine."
