Deputy Chief Constable Kenward of the Surrey Constabulary was a key figure in the search for Agatha Christie, following the celebrated author's disappearance in 1926. He was interviewed by The Enquirer newspaper, in which he stated that he was doing everything in his power to find the author and thanked the local community for their cooperation.
