Chien Yen Mu was the spokesman of the World Zoological Authorities. In July 2065, in response to reports that the crew of AE7 were attacked by the animals on board, they told TV 21's reporter "There are only a few mice, butterflies and creatures of similar size on AE7 and even if these did break loose, what harm could small things like that do to anyone?".
