Doctor Chin Yen Mu was the chief spokesman of the World Zoological Authorities.
In July 2065, in response to the reported claims that the animals on the AE7 had broken free and started attacking the crew, they told TV 21's reporter "There are only a few mice, butterflies and creatures of similar size on AE7 and even if these did break loose, what harm could small things like that do to anyone?".
