• 20th June - Queen Victoria ascends to the throne of Great Britain upon the death of her father. One of the first three incarnations of the Doctor would attend her coronation the next year (DW: The Curse of Peladon), while his tenth incarnation would meet her again in 1879. (DW: Tooth and Claw)
