Colin Baker was an actor from BBC's Doctor Who who was put on trial twice.
Biography
At some point in Baker's life, he had been put on trial. He was later put on trial once again, this time for an unpaid parking fine, which he recieved whilst filming new bonus material for the Doctor Who Season 23 Blu-Ray Collection.
