Captain Regent of the Krasi was sent to negotiate with Josiah W. Dogbolter. She made sure that she had alternative takes of her conversation so that she could control her media image. She was interested in the Quantum Possibility Engine and wanted to take over the system by force rather than buying it. She informed the people of Earth about their invasion.
