Lolita used transduction fields as part of her usual method of instantaneous teleportation. The combined mental powers of a thousand Osirians could cancel out Lolita's transduction field. However, although this prevented her from navigating, she could still dematerialise, and use her connection to the Homeworld as its War Queen to redirect herself there.
