Charles Griffiths, or at least Griffiths (Attack of the Cybermen).

Talk about it here.

Charles Windsor "Charlie" Griffiths was a criminal employed by Gustave Lytton for what he believed was a bank robbery in 1985.

Biography

Named after Elizabeth II's eldest son by his mother, Charles Windsor Griffiths lacked a father and started shoplifting at a young age to help her out, being caught at the age of eleven due to his choice to repeatedly rob the same department store. He was labelled a recidivist by a criminal psychologist at the age of twenty-one and, by the age of thirty-two, had spent eight years and seven months in prison.

Griffiths lived off of Social Security and loans from his mother, whom he lived with, before meeting Gustave Lytton, whose successful criminal adventures he began assisting with. Becoming rich meant that he was able to help his mother and also built his self-esteem. (PROSE: Attack of the Cybermen)

Griffiths and Lytton were captured by the Neomorph Cybermen hiding in the London sewers and were taken to Telos in the 27th century. They escaped and met up with the Cryons, who he learned were his and Lytton's actual employers. They went to the surface of Telos where they met up with Bates and Stratton. While attempting to reach Cyber-Control, Lytton was recaptured. Bates was electrocuted while trying to open the door to the time vessel, Griffiths and Stratton were shot and killed by a Cyberman. (TV: Attack of the Cybermen)

Behind the scenes

His full name is not spoken in Attack of the Cybermen, but it was revealed in the novelisation.
