Cleanup

Weird article, this. On a quick read it doesn't seem too bad, but then when you actually read carefully, the sentences just don't work. Very obtuse wording that doesn't convey the kind of meaning you'd think it should. Also, not really happy with what's bolded in the lead. This isn't just "The Doctor".
