Bert Sims

Bert Sims (29 October 1884-12 April 1972[1]) played the uncredited corpse of a newspaper seller in the Doctor Who television story The Web of Fear. (DWM 235) He was the oldest actor to have appeared in Doctor Who at the time of his death.
